Alan Talbot started his career with 8 years as a professional banker before moving to the FSI vendor community where he has spent the past 25 years working with some of the world's leading banking system vendors in sales, account management, marketing, and general management.
Aside from numerous direct sales for various companies during the past 25 years, and along with more than 16 years direct experience of marketing and selling into Japan, Australasia, South East Asia, and Taiwan; he has also achieved other notable contributions, amongst them the following:
Overcoming the challenges of emerging markets in Asia by successful introduction of multiple products into many different countries
Helping prepare for and attend dozens of industry events and exhibitions across all of Asia for various companies
Identifying and developing direct sales teams and 3rd party distributorships in Southern Asia, Southeast Asia and Taiwan, leading to multiple sales successes for various companies
